PARAF-FLO addresses these problems, starting right at the well-head, increasing the effective solubility of the paraffinic components of the crude and providing improved flow and handling characteristics to the treated oil.

PARAF-FLO is made from a non-toxic high-molecular-weight polymer. It dissolves rapidly in petroleum and inhibits separation of paraffin in all crude oils tested to date. PARA-FLO is effective at 400 ppm.

PARAF-FLO is applied as a liquid, mixing easily with crude containing even fairly high paraffinic and/or asphaltic components. It remains effective for several days if kept at under 150 C degree- more than long enough to get it pumped up, and through your; separation and settling tanks, pipeline, and/or cracker. It has a 5+ year shelf life.

Laboratory tests of PARAF-FLO show that it lowers the paraffin agglomeration temperature and reduces turbulent flow in the pipe system. No paraffin buildup, and, easier-to-pump oil. PARAF-FLO also reduces loss of volatile components of the oil. .

Field tests show that PARAF-FLO passes easily through the refinery system without any effect on product quality, selvaging into the heaviest products. PARAF-FLO -treated oil is easier to pump through the pipe system and resists emulsification with water.

An added benefit of PARAF-FLO treatment is oil is fluid and cohesive. It improves oil/water separation.

No training is required to use the PARAF-FLO effectively.
