TAC-2
ADSORBENT
TO
LOCK IN SOLVENTS AND VOLATILE FUELS
- REDUCE
RISK FROM SPILLS
TAC-2 is a cost effective advanced technology polymer/fine clay absorbent. It combines state-of-the-art clay absorbent technology with a high performance polymer. The result is a superior absorbent for high risk industrial, transportation and home emergency response applications:
Universal absorbent - hydrocarbons, acids & caustics.
Locks in solvents; including a hydrocarbon solvents and volatile fuels excluding organic peroxides and hydrazine compounds.
Acceptable for landfill disposal - non-biodegradable.
Improved safety in high traffic areas - excellent traction.
Absorbs more with polymer and small granular clay.
Eliminates vapor hazard from volatile spills and increases flash point temprature.
- TAC-2 is a highly absorbent, low priced chemically non-reactive polymer combined with a highly refined clay granule . The polymer traps the absorbed solvent in the clay granule which eliminates leaching and release under pressure.
- TAC-2's clay granules are manufactured with the latest technology
to maximize absorption and to reduce dusting.
- TAC-2's granules are harder than most clay absorbent's which increases traction and leaves a cleaner, safer surface after removal.
- TAC-2 immobilizes volatile hydrocarbons and makes it safe for removal, transportation and disposal.
- TAC-2 is the perfect absorbent for industrial facilities, fire departments, police, highway and airport authorities. TAC-2 is an exceptional absorbent for use around machinery, product drums and storage areas. TAC-2'S unique properties make it a requirement for spills on roads, runways and dock areas.
- TAC-2 brings advanced technology to the work place, for a safer environment"
- TAC-2 is supplied in 5 gallon plastic pails (27 lbs.) and 12 gallon fiber drums (60 lbs.) . Both containers can be used for removal of recovered spill residue.
