TAC-1 is a advanced technology adsorbent for spills of volatile hydrocarbons such as gasoline.
TAC-1 adsorbs, dams, suppresses vapor and increases flash point temperature. TAC-1 gathers the pilled liquid into a solid mass that is safe for removal from high risk areas. The TAC-1 mass can be safely transported and disposed.

  • TAC-1 is a highly absorbent, low priced chemically non-reactive polymer combined with a kiln dried cellulose absorbent . The polymer traps the absorbed solvent in the sawdust which eliminates leaching and release under pressure.
  • TAC-1 is a dry powder made up of 100% non-toxic, biodegradable components. Application is not senitive to operator error. Shelf life is indefinite in the container.
  • TAC-1 is supplied in 5 gallon plastic pails (14 lbs.), 25 lbs. Multi-wall bags and 30 gallon fiber drums (75 lbs.) . Both solid containers can be used for removal of recovered spill residue. Fiber drums are DOT approved for transport to EPA approved incinerators.
